I'm on my 5th week of a t3 cycle where i maxed out at 125mcg a day. In my 6th week I'll be tapering down to 25mcg before I stop.

I had fairly good results, with a 2% BF loss, but did lose some strength and muscle.

Question is how long should I stay off T3 till I can start another T3 cycle and are there any compounds that I can take to assist in recovery (if a recovery is necessary)?
