First cycle ANOTHER ONE
This is going to be my first real cycle. I did a cycle of dbol only back in the day
looking to gain lean mass.
24 years old
195lbs
around 17bf
max bench is 3 plates
I follow the Arnold diet and workout program. Had good luck on it so far.

When someone tells me that their max bench is "3 plates", i get nervous about their age and training experience....

Stpete said he is nervous when someone mentions 3 plates .
I think he is a seasoned veteran of the gym and when people in his crowd talk they mention total lift of there combined bench/squat/dead .
But I cant speak for him . A casual gym goer usually visits the bench weekly if not more and not much else .
As to your question , This board has a consensus of 12% BF . For a couple reasons
1. Shows dedication to Diet and Exercise .
2. Less chance of estrogen related sides .
Keep doing research and stay strong
Dont wanna be old

I'm pretty sure everyone who has been in sports and trains knows a plate is 45 lbs. Quarter- 25lbs Dime-10lbs Nickel-5lbs Penny- 2.5 lbs, 35 is just 35. I wouldn't use that if I was trying to list stats on a forum but might use that with friends. "I'm trying to get up to 3 plates on bench." for instance.
