What is best for going below 8% body fat?

    Hello all,

I have a pretty clean diet and I eat 2 grams protein per pound of my body weight and I think i have around 12 to 13 % BF. i weight almost 202LB, I was wondering how can I reach 7% BF and without losing size. I mean what's the best way? the reason Im on test en and dbol is because i want to keep my size and go down to 7 % body fat. thanks for the inputs.

Diet is solely responsible for reducing adipose tissue overall.

The last month I've been eating 10 a day. Phew sodium content is a bitch but taste outweighs the risks of excessive sodium intake in this particular case.

HGH will get you and keep you in the single digits, as long as your diet and workout is proper.

calories in VS calories out. this is the #1 rule. if you take in more cals then you expend, then you gain weight, how ever if you expend more then you take in you lose weight. what you need to do is take your current weight, height, and age, calculate your BMR make adjustments for activity level then decrease the cals by about 500 a day. This will make you lose about 1lb a week. This is very simple, however I can not advise you on how to make adjustments for the AS you are currently on as I do not know this information, what I have just described is how someone (not on as) would lose 1lb a week, I assume it is very similar however I can not say for certain. If it were me, I would not worry about the bf% until after my cycle that way I could bulk hard (clean of course) then shred after pct. Hope this helps.

Increase cardio to 5 days/week @ 40-45 minutes per session. Make sure you are taking minimal fat. If possible replace the highest fatty meal during the day with a protein shake and a small bowl of oatmeal.

It isn't strictly calories in vs calories burnt. You aren't going to get fat from lean protein. Your body has a threshold for how much protein it can process in a day. The rest is simply excreted in your urine. Fat is similar, to protein, but it is very calorically dense, so a little bit goes a long way. Carbs are the thing to really monitor. Stay away from any junk carbs like sugar. You need complex carbs, maybe 200-300 grams a day, but you will probably have to diet journal and track your intake to get the balance right for weight loss. It's a highly individual thing.

If you aren't losing fat anymore my guess is that you are not eating enough. My advice would be to add 500 calories a day and see what happens. My guess is you will lose weight.

Cardio should be as close to an hour as possible for maximum fat burning. 3 times a week is fine, but you can do more. Just remember the more calories you burn the more you need to eat. You can't just calorically restrict yourself down to 8% body fat and expect to keep your muscle mass.

I have some slim jims on hand too. They give me wicked heartburn and have a bad aftertaste though so I'm not too fond of them.

One of the key ingredients is sodium hydroxide (NaOH) I remember using it in chemistry class. It looked exactly like something I'd like to put in my body...

WOW… ok first off I did not say its strictly cals in vs cals out, I said that is the #1 rule, if the caloric intake is at a deficit and the macro’s are in check then you can lose fat. You do not want a huge deficit but about 500 a day will do. 2nd its not a good idea to just randomly add 500 cals when attempting to cut. As I said earlier you need to calculate BMR, account for activity level and proceed accordingly, not just take a stab at it and throw in cals here and there and hope for something to work that is a really elementary way of doing things.
