Your Top 5 Supplements to Increase HDL and Improve Your Cholesterol Profile on Cycle

There seem to be a lot of different supplements used and espoused by bodybuilders to HDL and their ration while on cycle. I was interested in what members here use to positively influence their cholesterol.

Also, how effective they have been. I know some people do blood work religiously and so their information is data based and probably pretty good. Although people respond differently to supplements just like they do to steroids .

I have high LDL and low HDL, though I have been off for about 18 months. For me, its mostly genetic and due to my past diet. The only supplements I use for it are 4 fish oil pills and 4000iu of d3 a day.

Diet is huge for it. Tons of monounsaturated fat, lots of polyunsaturated fat that is not cooked are pretty well accepted for this.

Personally, I also do tons of natural saturated fat (coconut oil, grass fed steaks and dairy ect)

I'm sure someone with more experience can get you better advice though

Above is all good, I use 4gr fish oil three times per day along with 300mg of CoQ10. Is is assuming your diet is in check.

I just get statins from the doc, doubt supplements are going to help when your pumping huge amounts of hormones into you.
