How to apply dawn dishsoap for acne.

Hey guys, I got a ton of acne on my chest and shoulders near the end of my test e cycle.

I heard that dawn dishsoap would clear it up quick,

How should I apply it? Before a shower, during a shower, etc?

You will want to also purchase a shower scrub brush. One with a long handle so you can reach your back and firm bristles. Apply the dawn soap to the brush and vigorously scrub the acne areas for how ever long of a time works (3-5 minutes) Make sure the water is very hot and try to shower 2-3 times daily if possible.

You would better response in the spa section not the AAS Q & A section.

Becareful with Dawn it can be too harsh and blister some peoples skin.

Chances are high that if you use this method you will end up with inflammed and seriously pissed off acne. The way I use dawn is to apply it in the shower and let it sit for 3-5 minutes while I wash hair, shave, etc. then wash it off. After drying off I spot treat any stubborn areas leaving the dawn on for 15-20 minutes and then wipe off before putting on my shirt. If you have really stubborn areas - I don't suggest this for the average person, but I've applied dawn (not on the face or neck) and then tanned, this will dry out zits faster than anything I know. Contrary to alot of peoples beliefs it is important to use a moisturizer and pure jojoba oil is as close to your skins naturally made oil as your going to get.
