    Smile -- Help about more test or Dbol please --

    Hi guys here is my question, i apreciate if you can help me...

    first of all Im 24 my current weight is 168lb bf 9, height 1.70
    this is going to be my 2nd cycle first one was test en and boldenone 8 weeks, gain almost 20 lbs and keep 14 lbs.
    In my second cycle I want to run 500mg Sustanon 10 weeks with 30mg Dbol first 4 weeks... but my question is if i can better run 750mg susta for 4 weeks and 500mg the last 6 weeks better than dbol??
    the reason is because the Dbol pills are ver most expensive than susta shots i dont know why ...

    Please guy help me with your experiences and if Im wrong please tell me...

    So your about 5.5" and you gained 20lbs from your last cycle. That would obviously mean to started the cycle at 148lb? Sounds like you could have done without steroids in all honesty.

    What does your diet look like? Food choices and daily macros?

    Keep your test the same all the way through, why would u lower it at the end. Why are you cycling at 168 pounds? Start eating more.

    Why the hell do we always have to go hitting on people because of their diet. Sure, they should be better but I mean come on its in the past nothing you can do right now. Just give the guy advice he needs.

    And yes I'd keep your test the same throughout the cycle.

    Because he needs to comprehend the fact that administering steroids underweight is not the wisest of choices. Past or not I really don't give a rats ass I'll say what I say and what I feel and in this particular case I feel he needs to address his diet.

    Leave your useless posts out of this unless you have something constructive to say guy.

    Thanks for the advise men, im really hearing all the coments. well Im goin to do what ur telling me, gonna modify my diet to max the cal intake.
    but let me ask you im now 168punds how much more do i need to take all the benefits from the cycle? thanks...

    and my diet is like this:

    Wake up 8:00 cup o yogurt and 2 toasted breads with cofee

    breakfast 10:00 pankakes with orange juice and multivitamin (4 big pankakes)

    Lunch: 12:00 meat, chiken, or fish with white rice lot of beggies and 4 breads, fuit juice

    Pre-workout: 1 scoop´of protein with oatmeal

    Post-workout 1 scoop protein with 4 spoons of honey

    Dinner: chiken, fish with brown rice beggies and 4 breads, fruitjuice

    Before bead: Komplete Cereal with 1 bowl of skim milk.

    this is pretty much my diet.... tahnks again

    At your current weigh/height ratio you are eligible to cycle.

    No you don't need to taper up to 750mg PW this soon, it's completely unnecessary. Only taper when all other options of gaining has failed.

    What are your goals?

    My goal for this year are to gain 20 more lean muscle pounds, and compete in november of 2011 in a rookie category of my country.
    and gain an 1 inch an a half to my Guns :P hopefully....

    By the looks of your picture it looks like you can add a lot more mass naturally. You are ripped, and have a solid foundation to build off from, but you are lacking overall mass which can be achieved with food alone at this point.

    Also, after reviewing your diet, it would seem you simply aren't eating enough. The reason you gained so much off your last cycle was because you weren't ready to cycle yet and had plenty of natural room to grow without the drugs. So with that being said I suggest you post your current diet (including macros) in the diet section and have the boys tweak it out. Be consistent with your new program and see where that takes you.

    you will not gain as much on your 2nd cycle as you did on your first.. you will always see diminishing returns with Steroids .. it is just how it works.. The Sust takes a while to kick into your system so stick with running the Dbol the first 4 weeks and just do 500mg of test a week all the way through.. perhaps you cna add something like 300-400mg of Deca .. i think it will give you a good result since you are already lean and just lack in the Mass dept.

    So you are advising a guy that is lacking proper nutrition for his goals a 3 compounded cycle of which includes a 19 nor for his second cycle?

    your right HP.. three compounds would be a bit much.. just running Deca and Test would be fine.
    I was just answering his question.. and glanced at his pic. I didn't read his diet until now.. it is ATROCIOUS!!! 2 meals that contain natural protein a day??? Wow.. that diet is so messed up i do not know where to begin.

    Lunch: 12:00 250g of meat, chiken, or fish with 100g rice/potatoes & 100g brocolli/peas/spinach

    Post-workout: 250g of meat, chiken, or fish with 100g rice/potatoes & 100g brocolli/peas/spinach

    Do that for a while.. atleast 6-12 months before trying your next cycle
