I was just answering his question.. and glanced at his pic. I didn't read his diet until now.. it is ATROCIOUS!!! 2 meals that contain natural protein a day??? Wow.. that diet is so messed up i do not know where to begin.
Wake up 8:00 2 scoops protien shake w/ 500ml skim milk
breakfast 10:00 can of tuna, cup of yogurt and cup of oats
Lunch: 12:00 250g of meat, chiken, or fish with 100g rice/potatoes & 100g brocolli/peas/spinach
Pre-workout: 2 scoop´of protein with 500ml skim milk
Post-workout: 250g of meat, chiken, or fish with 100g rice/potatoes & 100g brocolli/peas/spinach
Dinner: 250g of meat, chiken, or fish with 100g rice/potatoes & 100g brocolli/peas/spinach
Before bead: 2 scoops Casien protien shake
Do that for a while.. atleast 6-12 months before trying your next cycle
