Whats goin on bros
I've been putting some serious thought into starting a cycle well me and my buddy both I've been working out for a while tryin to cut up some bodyfat and have done great so far. My current wieght is 210 from 249 I'm 5'6 and my measurments go like this
chest 48
waist 38
arms 16
calf 16
thigh 23
I want to do a small cycle to cut up 4 the summer time I've had a few thrown out but one I'm leaning to doin
Weeks 1-10 test enanth 400mg week
Weeks 7-12 winny 50mg ed
Any help would be great I'm on a low calorie low carb diet 1 100% whey shake after wieghts.
I work out 30 min cardio in morning 3 days a week and wieghts mon thru friday
