Gains gone down hill, going backwards

A few of you seen my posts a while ago saying that i though my test enanthate was fake. I weighed at the end of week 4 then again at the begining of 7 and had put on 13lbs. I started working which is shift work and am only able to eat once during a 8 hour shift so most days i only get to wat 4 times and no more than that and am only having 3-4 hours sleep a night so basically my cycle and gains have gone down hill. Is there any way of working around this?

Why are you cycling when you can't sleep or eat or do anything you would need to be doing to build more muscle? Whether it be for size or whatever your goals are. You need to be able to sleep alot more than 3-4 hours and your diet should have been alot more of a concern than starting a cycle if you can't eat more than once in 8 hours. Not trying to be a dick but why not just carry a bag of home made trail mix or some bars or something. Get **********. I know the bars are worth jack**** to most people but it's still something. As far as the sleep... I don't know any way of getting sleep while working or I would be rich as f*** and pretty much the happiest man on earth.

I agree, why didn't you plan better? I have never heard of any job that does not allow you to eat. As suggested take some sort of snacks or protein bars IDK but something. Where there is a will there is a way and it just sounds like you are making the least amount of effort possible.

Sounds like a complete waste of gear. I'm not trying to bash you here but if you knew you would be starting a new job or if there was a possibility of your cycle getting thrown out of order due to shift changes then it just boils down to poor planning.

I work shifts too, 8hrs is nothing, Eat immediatley before and after work, you get a break at work so eat then too, so thats 16 hours left to eat at least two more meals, 8 hours sleep is easy in this time too. you just gotta fit it all in to make it work for you. In a few weeks im doing 12 hour nights for a week and still planning weights and cardio that week coz im cycling right now, you gotta put the effort in.

There is no way of taking any food or protein bars ect. down on the main floor where i work. We get seached randomly when clocking out for break and at the end of the day, there is not anywhere where i can even try to eat besides the toilet. The job came up unexpected and i took it as i never had one, my cycle and diet was great before i started and sleep was ok. Luckily this is my last week on then i am starting pct.

I'm in the same boat, not due to this, but Im the boss and if shit doesnt get done its my ass, so I miss all brakes and get half a lunch. I eat a protein bar right before and right after work = 50g protein and try to get 30 on my break. If I do this and eat about 40g when I get home from breakfast I can even out.

Where are you working in a secret government lab? Keester a few snickers. If prisoners can get drugs in you can get some food in.

that diabetic idea sounds great. Do they not let you bring beverages as well? you can fit like ten servings of protein shake in a liter bottle.

What state do you work in most state law REQUIRE at least a 10 minute break in addition to a lunch period!

    check your local laws

as fixing it this is your last week so I really wouldn't expect you gaining anything explosive during the last week anyway

Now as far as the next 2 months it the most critical in eating right to maintain the gains you did get from your cycle

As far as eating every 2 hours its not a 100% must, eat before your shift during lunch and right after your shift, You are just going to have to make your meals larger to get in your calories with slightly less meals per day.

I live in the uk. Where i work are actually going more than they should before we have a break, its 4 and a half hours before we get our break.
