Female lifter in need of help! (var, winny)
Hey I'm reposting this, (I previously wrote it in another thread) cuz I posted it in the wrong spot.... Have q's regarding women and anavar & winny. In past have only used a crap product Tren -250 (no longer available) for size (not including all other supps).
I'm female, 26, 5'7" 14.5" bi's, @140 rite now, unsure of my bf%, but am lean. not 'holyshit lean'... just lean (thats me in my avatar). I'm looking to be the former and also wanting to put some SERIOUS mass on (20+ lbs). Been lifting for 10+ years and competing & training others for 3. I'm a pro fitness model & national level bikini athlete and have begun to really frikken hate what bikini has become. I want to compete in figure or possibly even BBing, yet still maintain my femininity, ie i dont want my mug looking like iris kyle's! I would like to continue looking like a chick in the face haha. I would greatly appreciate anyone who can help. Just wondering if I can ask some q's... cuz im soooo pumped & ready to GET HUGE and sexier, baby! YEAH!!!
I want to give var a try but dont know the best place to get it online (just moved and i dont know anyone here to get it) I just dont want shit, as no one would! And would it be a bad idea for a girl to use var and stack it with winny? If so, how much would i take and how long is a cycle typically?
PS- wher the hell is the superman smilie? haha

I would just run Var for your 1st cycle, 10mg a day for 8-10 weeks.
Im not that educated on cycling for woman so there is alot i might miss, but i think you will see great results from a var only cycle. see how you react with it and then maybe for your second winny maybe an option.

I know there's no accounting for taste, but I don't find muscular women attractive at all. I like 'em 100 lbs with no muscle . Then again, there's probably plenty of women out there that would like you to look like a swimmer at 150 with spindly arms instead of 280lbs of ripped mass.

that's pretty safe routine that most of the females I train do, and all have good results, the longer you run it the more sides however with the most significant being the reduction or stoppage of their period.. it returns after the cycle is over..
