Is this gyno or possibly a gland? pics attached

I circled the areas of concern. The lump is hard and does not move. I am running .5mg ED of adex since start of cycle. I have run test in the past with no signs of possible gyno. This is another Test cycle. The lump seems low for gyno. My nipples are not itchy but the circled area is tender. I was doing dumbbell presses and hit that area of my chest with one of them kind of hard. It was not sensitive before that. I have always felt that my left pec had more fat and size than the right since a kid. Any thoughts?Click image for larger version.

Your bodyfat needs to be lowered. Alot of men as they get older seem to develop fatty buildup in the nipple area.
Are your nipples sore,,itchy,,,or any lumps?

Body fat near 20% I know it's not optimal. My actual nipples have no problems, it's really below (down) from the nipple.

I was SURE i had gyno. I went to the point of faking pain and got sent to a breast care center. They did tests and I don't have gyno, it's fat in my lower chest.

does true gyno have to be a lump directly underneath the nipple? are can there be fatty tissue with lumps dispersed all around the breast area?
