    ALL INFO/ADVICE Appreciated to first cycle

    I am 23, 5'11" 270, with in between 20 to 27%bf. NO stranger to the weight room, i am looking for some help. I am not on a cutting cycle diet, because of football, i eat everything i can at the right times. Just looking for something to help me get bigger and stronger, and after football i will cut naturally. I appreciate all info, although i am not a complete newbie to steroid info. it helps to hear it from former or current users.

    Between 20 and 27% fat, thats a big difference

    19 LBS of pure fat in fact

    I would look o loose some fat

    Why would you want to carry around so much bad weight

    Post some pics up for the guys to estimate ur BF


    In closing, i advise you to go into the diet section and look into clean eating to get your BF down to around 15% (Not because of the mystical ERSE from high BF but simply from a sporting point of view and a potential cardiac arrest issue LOL, shouldnt laugh)

    Have you done any research? What are YOUR thoughts...? we don't know you... probably not best to have someone else plan your cycle. Give us an idea as to what you are considering and then you should get some pretty good feedback. hope that helps

    baseline.. its closer to 22%bf, last time i checked..sorry didnt know there was such a big diff. I play offensive guard, but i am a very athletic 270+, i lift hardcore, to the max 3-4days a week, all i am looking to do is even though i am carrying around excess weight, i want to see if i can get any bigger and stronger, and after football cut naturally.

    bigjuice..thanx i was just looking for former or current users opinions as to what a beginners cycle might be.

    I understand that you play a sport in a position that allows for the excuse to be out of shape with excessive amounts of BF but......

    I would not want to be the person who advises to to run somthing and then we find out in 12 weeks that you have had a heart attack due to high blood pressure etc...


    I know i may sound very negative and kind of an ass but im sorry, getting bigger includes adding BF and you are already carrying enough BF IMHO

    ass..lol.jk... i understand in your opinion what is a good bf% to have before u start a cycle? in 5wks i will begin to cut either way, so my bf% will go down very much as i do HIIT & other true cardio workouts...not just conditioning types for football.

    thank juice....listening is my only option right now..but if i can only find a current user around the mid 20's, i need someone in my ear constantly on this, helping me through it.
