Keeping gains off TEST.
Besides your calorie intake and diet, are there any tips for keeping as much gains as possible while going through your PCT?

Stay consistent with the big 3... diet, training, and rest.

simple as that huh?
I had another question. What is it about Nolvadex that slows your gains if you use it on cycle? If you could just point me in the direction of a thread or if its a simple answer

Basically. Those are the fundamentals of building and keeping muscle. If you know how to do those properly keeping gains won't be an issue.
Why would you think Nolvadex hinders gains?

well ive seen allot of people wanting to take Nolvadex through out cycle for gyno prevention, and they are told that it will hinder gains and to take a AI instead.
I can see why a AI is better for prevention but they literally say Nolvadex hinders gains.

They are full of broscience and taking what they read off the internet too literal.
Nolvadex and AI usage during cycles and hindered gains are blown way out of proportion. Preventative dosages will only be beneficial.

Nolva does lower IGF levels, but I agree with HP...hindering gains is blown way out of proportion.
