Whaaaaaat how could you neglect your stomach the ladies love the abs. And ya gotta do cardio if not for the fat burning then just to be healthy and feel good. and if you're worried about losing muscle just don't over do the cardio. No long distance style running Just like twenty minutes of intermittent sprint style running should burn some fat without losing muscle. It's risky for getting cramps though. And dude do some sit ups for gods sakes. If you feel silly doing that almost every gym has a crunch machine.
