I did read them but those are not the answers im looking for. And as for my diet and workout they are.
Mon: back and tri 3 sets and 12 reps
Tues: abs " "
wed: shoulder ,forearms " "
thurs:rest
Fri: chest, Bi " "
sat: legs " "
sun: rest
Also running for 30min 3 times a week
I've been doing this for 3 years and barely gained 10 pounds
After gym I have protein shake "whey". basically a day I get around 50-60grams of protein and drink alot of water
so after that I realized i had no choice but to resort to using steriods. I'm really new to this.
