letro rebound

As you may or may not remember I was taking letrozole to reverse some gyno that came up.... Well 2 months in and no reversal whatsoever, but the condition seemed to stabilize. The only side I got was a non existant sex drive.

I decided it wasnt working for me as much as i'd like it to so i slowly tapered down over the course of two weeks. Now im at around .25mg eod and taking 40 mg's of nolva ed. Gyno started flaring up!!!

I know my estrogen is coming back on line cause libido is back and i had a flare of acne...

not sure what to do? taper back up on letro or up my nolva dosage??

any help would be much much much appreciated.

What is your BF? What are the symptoms exactly? Have you gotten blood work?

around ten. the gyno isnt like the fat lump behind the nipple, its a lot of adipose tissue with soft fatty lumps. My pecs are burning and tingling so i know its estrogen doing it. No blood work yet

Was this from a previous cycle? I say stay off the Letro personally. Stuff is harsh and it didn't work last time so it obviously won't do anything now. I'd get some blood work and talk to your physician about the issue.

ok thanks bro. As i came off the letro slowly i still got rebound... 40 mg's of nolva not helping. any idea?

I am on the liquid letro right now, and this has been a concern of mine. I have a feeling once I start tapering off the letro, the estrogen will cause negative side effects. I am very surprised that no one can offer advice on this forum. There are certainly knowledgeable people on here that can add some input.....

There is a sure solution but I doubt the OP will be interested in removing it surgically. If the Letro is unsuccessful, I'm not too sure what other self administered product will prove otherwise.

Ok HP finally got my blood results back. The ones that i am concerned about are the
Free Testosterone = 57.7 pmol/L and
Estradiol = 156 pmol/L

Any updates on your progress? Im also afraid of the rebound effect and want to come off the letro which I wont until im sure I have a backup plan.

+1 I too am curious, so no lump behind nipple, but burning of the chest?

Well, I wish i had good new for you guys. The whole letro situation was a fail, no reversal and a bad rebound. best of luck to you!

I had gyno flare up mid cycle and no burning but a marble size lump , ran letro 2 month or better lump is almost gone bebe size at most now its been 3 weeks since i tappered of letro, i have been doing 30 mgs nolva a day, and o.5 of dex every 3rd day so it works for some and not for others
