Getting ready, first cycle
I have been reading and studying posts after post. It is time for me to put my plan out there and see what you all think.
Stats:
Age: 31
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 185
BF: 10%
Years exp: 10+, a standard of 5 days a week
>Cycle history: OTC only, 4 cycles of P-Plex w/ Mdrol 6 week cycles, did have what I would consider great results, last cycle +15lbs. I know it is a precursor to steroids , but hope it is an indicator of how my body will respond to the real stuff.
>My diet has been very clean and finally during last cycle learned what ratios worked best for me.
>Did not know much about PCT and did Inhibit E and lost 2/3
>I have always been a very hard gainer, I can eat and eat, the only thing that truly increases is "regularity". When I started taking the orals, movements were down to once a day from 3, making me believe my system is finally utilizing what I am putting in.
Diet:
I consume an average 350g Protein, was up to 1000g of Carbs but thinking of dropping to half that, Calories 4000g
Planned Cycle:
>Test E 12 weeks @ 500mg/week 3.5 days apart
>Dbol weeks1-4 @ 40mg/ED throughout day
>HCG throughout cycle @ 250x2 a week
>That seems to be the best grouping I have read to start with.
PCT:
>Nolvadex : starting 2 weeks after and on-hand during if needed, 50mg/ED 1 week, 25mg/ED 6 weeks
>Toremifene: starting 2 weeks after, 120mg/ED 1 week, 60mg/ED 6 weeks
>If I have to use low dose Nolvadex during would you recommend to come off after cycle and using Clomid during the PCT?

Honestly everything as far as diet goes looks good try to get up to 5000 cal but i know its easier said than done.Really you do not need the dbol bro,My first cycle when i was a young and uneducated was deca ,I gained 22 lbs off that and that wasnt even the right one i should of ran,(of course it should of been test),ditch the dbol and just go with the test at 500mg a week and i would run it 8-10 weeks.If you gain 15lbs off the legal stuff you will blow up off of test as long as diet and everything is in check.Leave the dbol for later down the road when youve done a couple more cycles on your belt.Trust me you wont be disappointed!

the cycle looks good, great for a first cycle.
as for the diet, make sure you are eating every 2.5-3 hours, getting most of your protein from meat (only shakes PW (whey) and before bed (casean) imo.)
you seem ready. just a tad on the lighter end, but you look pretty lean (if that is you in your avatar) so should be fine

not supposed to discuss prices on this forum,
and if you don't blow up like a balloon and get strength gains, the dbol prob isnt real

Looks exactly what I plan on running in about a year except I will just be running the test, no d-bol.
Is there a reason why you chose D-bol over M-Drol ? M-Drol (Superdrol) is widely regarded as the stronger compound by people who have taken both, and you already know how you react to it. A lot of people on this forum recommend test only for the first cycle so it might be beneficial to stack superdrol with the Test instead of incorporating two compounds that you aren't familiar with. But then again I have never cycled so I have no clue what I am talking about.

cycle looks good as for pct i would continue to run nolva through pct and add clomid.

Why the Dbol vs M-drol?
What i have read is not to take M-drol as a starter, use the P-Plex as the kicker. So I would be doing the exact cycle. I wanted to see what and how a new compound would act on me.
