Should be seeing good pumps in the gym at least by now...
Also im guessing they are 10mg tablets, try spread them out through out the day so its balanced evenly.
You just running Dbol by itself? Also how long you running it for?
This is a popular question. There are a couple of threads already running if you can find them.
But here is my answer.
You should notice something within a 5-7 day period.
I’m at 30mg daily.
First 7 days added 6 pounds. And about 12 total after the first 15 days.
After that seemed to be the curve for me, as I have held the 12 for the last 5-6 days and added nothing more.
This is without serious additions to diet,
Started noticing serious pumps during work outs by at least day 8
If you have never taken dbol, it is a noticeable pump. Within a set or two.
I heard a guy say a few days back he got a pump while brushing his teeth.
That is no BS, if it is working.

at the 5 day mark you should be seeing some strength gains
IF and only IF your diet is on par. No pump sounds like a lack of quality carbs.
