HMG/HCG - how much?

If I want to use it towards the end of my cycle I am reading that I should take it towards the last 3 weeks of my cycle of Sustanon... How much would I need to take? Not sure which I am going to take yet, so opinions on which is the better and the recommended dosage of each one would be helpful. thx

Hcg - 500iu X 2 a week for the last 3 weeks of your cycle should help. usually it should be ran throughout the whole cycle

Ok, I thought i had read on here to take it the last three weeks, but I can do it throughout. Do you suggest HCG over HMG?

Hmmm I was under the impression that the two were quite similar in what they were used for. I guess I misunderstood what I was reading.
