    OK... So u got 12 months ?

Ive been given the oppurtunity to be able to take 12 months off work.

So ive decided im going to take this time and use predominately for bodybuilding... The goal will obviously add as much lean muscle as possible, while staying in some what decent shape (i train much better sub 15%)

Shooting for a show roughly in 12 months time.

So if you were in my shoes how would u use this time best?

    How would u cycle?
How would u would u use your time off?
    Training twice a day?
    Naps?
    Eating?
    Sups?
    Training styles?
    Days off?

Anything u could think of ??? Love to hear your thoughts

I also have access to a well equiped 24 hour gym...

well sounds like you already know what to do based on those stats. in a perfect world, i would eat and rest all the time and blow it out in the gym 5 days a week. HOw are you off work for so long??

I am thinking the same thing myself. I am self employed and am considering entering my first comp after 12 months of training (I have 25 years training experience).

I would do 30 day burst cycles; 5-6 of them then follow it up with an 8-10 week pre-contest cycle. 30 days on and 30 days off. I would run 6 IU of GH daily and AAS.

I would seek advice from those on here with burst cycle experience but here is what comes to mind:

    1st burst: Test, NPP, GH
    2nd: Test, Tren , GH
    3rd: Test, NPP, Drol, GH
4th: Test, Tren, Dbol , GH
    5th: Test, NPP, Winny, GH
    6th: Test, Tren, Mast, GH

I am on the verge of TRT so I would run a TRT dose for the 30 days in between the bursts.

I have yet to try Tren or GH.

Anyone who knows anything about competing would be very weary about the question you posted, coupled with those stats (and the remark of gaining 20lbs over the next year).

I'm not calling you out....I just want a picture.

You sound like Phil Hernon over at PM.com. "Post a pic, post a pic, post a pic...."

Maybe you've been there too much...?

Why will it help you help him? How ignorant.

Yes you are. So because YOU want one if he doesn't post one he's put into the same category as people that "BS there way around the board too".

Why is "20 pounds" not obtainable with a bulking diet, training and AAS protocol?

look im not really interested in discussing me ...

stats were asked for ... i provided them to help discuss the topics i raised ?

so far im thinking i will train every thing once per week, plus a second workout for thighs, hams and back (target areas) so, thats 8 workouts...

i recover well training, so im probs gonna train 6 days a week... but will take additional days as needed...

im gonna try to get into a habit of napping post workout, high insulin and carbs should make that fairly easy...

I reread my post and I came off wrong, I apologize. Anyone here that knows me would tell you it's not my style.

I am a student of the bodybuidling game. When I hear/read of someone with strong stats and one that competes, I'm always interested in seeing the photos. Just my nature.

If you don't want to post pics, that's your perogative. It's all good.

The only thing I would do differently than I do now is sleep more and not be so rushed throughout the day.

That's it. If you train hard, it doesn't matter how much free time you have. You have to recover.

If I was dieting, it would be s different story. Am cardio eat sleep train eat sleep cardio eat sleep.

What are you really looking to do?

    Yeah, Good looking out.

I got an issue with calling a spade a spade, publicly. That's not right.

I need to keep my skeptism to myself...which I'm pretty sure is also clear as day.

Are your funds unlimited? If so, i would jump on the gh wagon asap. Maybe hire a trainer? .....someone to help push you to eat as well as train. Just a thought.

    good luck man
