Help designing a good pct

Well im 28 yrs old, 4 1/2 yrs training i only did one Test E cycle (500mg/wk for 12wks) with dbol first 4 wks. (Poor pct on that cycle)

Im at 11%bf right now and 195lbs 5'10 I want to run this cycle now. Test sust. 500mg for 12wks, Deca 300mg for 10wks and adrol 50mg kick start 4 wks.

I want to run that cycle but im not sure how i have to do my pct, at least dosages. Im thinking to run Adex .5 EOD during cycle but im not completly sure how i have to run my tamox and clomid for pct. And if i have to still running adex in the pct.

Read Swifto's Q&A thread in the PCT section. Just because of the suppressive nature of deca i would run a longer PCT at lower dosage. run the tamox week 1 30mg and week 2-5 20mg then clomid and 50mg for the first two weeks and then 25 mg for 3 more weeks. What are you going to run as liver support? Anadrol is highly liver toxic. Also no need for adex durring PCT. Just stick to the two serms. Cabergoline would be good to have on hand since you dont' know how sensitive you are to the prolactin related side effects of deca.

udca is a very good liver supplement and can help lower cholesterol.

how do you think will be the more effective administration of sust? two shots of 250mg sunday @ night and wednesday or monday morning and thurs?...

twice a week is fine for sust injections.

Well sus really needs to be shot EOD to make the most of the prop in it

Clomid EOD or ED?...

You will be taking the clomid and nolva ED when you are in your PCT.
