    1st Cycle - High BF% - Suggested gear/dose.

My head hurts from reading so much, but no pain to gain right

    Stats -
    6'3
    285lbs
    Age: 34

Just getting back in to things.. be gentile, i realize this thread might be easy to flame. I have a high BF% around 23%. Looking at a cycle of Deca/T400/DBOL with Letro.

Main goal is to increase muscle mass while reducing BF% through proper eating and cardio.

Via a separate thread I have learned that an increase in BF would make me more prone to gyno. I had not thought of adding Letro to my on cycle routine. Thoughts? Best option to go?

    Dose

T400 - I've been told that 1cc twice (800mg) ew should be more than enough as a first cycle, I've also been told that due to my size 1200mg may also be a good fit. I don't react negatively to Test E, but don't want to over do it.

    Deca - 300mg ew
    Dbol - 30mg ed

It would be obvious to stay that a better cardio/diet routine would help more than getting on gear. I can tell you that my workout routine is 5 days a week for 1.5 hours w/ 30 min cardio. It's working really well, so I am looking at supplementing my workouts to get better results.

Welcome. At that BF% and you already stating your just getting back into things is enough for everyone here to NOT recommend steroid use. You have plenty of goals to gain naturally before AAS should be even considered. YES you are more prone to gyno at higher levels of BF, and how would you kno you DONT react negatively to Test E if this is supposably your first cycle? The proper advice for you my friend is Head to the diet section and get a good nutrition plan going. Next is make sure your training schedule focus's on your goals. Set small goals at first to accomplish them 1 by 1 and get to your full potential. Good ol fashioned hard work is your answer

    Good Luck

Is it unheard of to gain muscle/mass while losing fat with a proper diet and cardio on a cycle?

Pretty much got everything incorrect Bro.
800mg of test per and D-bol ....you will bloat like a beach ball and blood pressure will more then likely go sky high at your body fat level.
First cycle for everyone regardless of size should be around 500 per week.
Much safer for a first cycle to get the body fat lower.
I would give it a some time, work the diet and push the cardio and you could be in shape to run a cycle in a few months.

How long have you been training?

Thx Terraj, good advice. Been training for 8 weeks, 5 times a day for an hour and a half. I'm not looking for an easy way out of getting in to shape, just was hoping I could lose BF and gain more muscle in the process.

Found another great article on here: http://www.steroid.com/sitearticles/...on-Changes.php

I am in agreement and will continue as planned to get below 20% BF.

    Thanks for your help!

Should read the original post. I was not going on a cycle to lose weight, I was going on to increase muscle mass while losing weight through cardio and proper eating. The advice that was helpful, and for anyone else who reads this thread is that there are increased health risks such as high blood pressure when you go on a cycle with a high BF%.

i did read your op and it say been training 8 weeks, how about training 4 or 5 years to see what results you could acheive naturally, you know lifting weight actually builds muscle, and you also put loseing fat as priority and muscle gain as an added bonus.not being a di** but simply replying to your thread as you wrote it.

Didn't carrot top jump on roids way before reaching his natural limit in muscle development through training and diet?

And I'm guessing a large majority of everyone else on here. I don't agree with needing to reach your natural limit I do think you need a decent base to build from.

I don't think anyone really reaches their natural limit, but with a base to build on you can hold the gains much easier IMO.
