I suffer with a slow metabolic rate, mainly due to genetic low muscle tone (my little bro has MD), which is ihnereted from my mom.

Height : 6'0"
This is my routine:
Day 1: Chest & Triceps
Day 2: Back & Biceps
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Shoulders, Traps, Abs & Calves
Day 5: Off
Day 6: Repeat cycle
Not much more than an hour spent per session. With an added hour of rugby a week.
I eat 5 clean meals (chicken, tuna, greens & carbs) a day with added Whey Isolate 4 x daily (+/-300g - 350g's protein per day), but I find it difficult to make any gains, and strength gains are almost non existent.
I've made my mind up on doing my first course, but I've seen many varying opinions on approach:
I am getting 10 vials Deca 200 and Sust 250, to start, and my source suggested I have nolva and clomid for pct.
The Idea was to hit 500mg Sust and 400mg Deca, for 10 -12 weeks downing Deca to 200mg from week 3.
It's seems to be the common suggestion on most threads, but there is alot of inconsistency.
Suggestions and advice would be great, as I don't want to screw my first cycle!
