I am a 21 years old i have been lifting off and on for 5 years and been serious for about 2 years now. I also train mma so weight has been an issue in my lifting i had to make sure to be as strong as possible while being as light as possible. i fight at 155... i don’t plan on fighting for a bit so i am looking for a cycle that will keep me lean but gain the maxx muscle mass. also that won’t affect my cardio to much. any suggestions would be appreciated
