Hey guys I know there's alot of clen info out there but I can't seem to find a answer to my question
I'm doing intense training to reach my 2 mile run goal
But I also need to loose weight an I wanted to take clen to help with that but I don't want to hurt my running or my lungs
Iv heard clen isn't good for you if your pushing yourself on cardio
Any real help would be apprecaited
