I dont see why you would have such an increase in lifts with something just like clen. Maybe it gave you more energy? Try a good pre workout drink redline or something to give you some nice energy while you workout.
Clen gives you a strength increase, dont care what half the people say, go read some reports on pub med. In untrained athletes a 27% increase in strength compared to placebo 13% increase in strength. Thats just one off the top of my head there are heaps more to back, this fact up;
I have 200mg of caffeine before every workout.
