Probably not a good idea. Say you have a piss up on a Saturday night. Prob start drinkin in the arvo, knock a few schooners back maybe have a few nibbleys. A few beers at the pub on a Saturday arvo turns into getting shit faced at a club with your mates. It's now around 1 or 2 am, you go get a greasy kebab off the street, have a spew, go back into a club. Drink till you get kicked out , around 4 am. Taxi home , jump into your or some ransoms bed sleep till 10 or 11 am. Feel like shit, can't eat cos you will spew. First decent meal of the day is around noon. That's alot of time not eating. All the extra strain on your liver. Plus for the Monday workout you prob won't feel 100%.
Definatly in your best interest to steer clear of a big one. 6 pack on a Sunday arvo is prob better option.
