    help with my cycle and my diet???

    i am starting a fina test dbol cycle i am trying to major bulk... so help me with my diet thanks guys

    meal 1. 4 eggs ham and cheese
    meal 2. protien/weight gain shake
    meal 3. fat free ground meat/ pasta
    meal 4. weight gain shake pre work out.
    meal 5. creatine in after workout shake.
    meal 6. 2 fat free turkey dogs and baked pottato
    meal 7. before bed weight gain shake..
    what do you think????

    eat 3 cups oatmeal
    protien shake
    bannana
    8:45 or 9:00
    wiegt gainer shake
    11:30
    metrx bar
    broccoli
    2 chicken breast
    salad
    tator tots
    2:00-2:30
    protien shake
    sandwich
    small potatoe
    peas
    5:00
    fish
    potatoe
    carrots
    metrx bar(chocolate cookie doe)
    7:00
    apple or some fruit
    sandwhich
    soup
    can of tuna
    9:00
    protien shake
    9:30
    bedtime

    Questions...

    1. How much fina, test and dbol are you running?
    2. How much ham is in your first meal and how much cheese. 4 whole eggs or 4 egg whites?
    3. How much whey is in each of your shakes and what else do you add to them?
    4. How much fat free ground meat/pasta
    5. How large are the fat free turkey dogs and how big is the potato?
    6. How many calories are in that final weight gain shake at night?

    cool basicaly i am around 3,000 cals 180 to 190 pro and around 400 carbs.

    Maybe this should be in the diet forum?

    I eat between 4000kcal-5000kcal when i bulk, but clean.

    yup go up to 5000 cal and 200-250 grams of protien

    you gotta find high/cal high/protein foods that you like and just eat them as much as you can...
