Looking for 10-12lbs dry muscle with MINIMAL sides
I eat pretty lean and in check, most of my meals consist of chicken, oatmeal, brown rice, steak, pork, sweet potatoes, ON shakes, whole wheat pasta.
Tore my left rotator cuff in April 2010, but before that was a solid 188, strong lean and healthy. I lost close to 20lbs due to injury and lack of training. I'm coming back with vengance and test e in my corner. Going to run it 250mg 10-12 weeks. Since I'm running a single compound at such a low dose would both nolva AND clomid be necessary or would just clomid suffice? And my training is hard with 9+ hours of sleep a night. Also, is 10-12lbs a reasonable expectation? And I'm looking to KEEEEEEP it!
