Alright, just registered on here as I wanted to ask a few questions, go to the gym regularly and i'm looking to start a course of D-Anabol as i've been advised that they would be the best thing for me to start on? As it's my first time, being a bit cautious about how much I will need to take etc hoping somebody can help me out.
Also does my diet need to change? I don't have a set diet I more or less eat what I want when I want.
Any suggestions appreciated, cheers.
