I wanted to run it at 500-600 a week for at least 10 weeks, but i was told i dont have enoff to do that...? can some on brake down the numbers for me please?
I was told that i would only have enoff for 400 for 10 weeks

Yes so 2ml a week (1ml every 3.5 days) will equal to 400mg a week, which is fine for a 1st cycle

Which is simple math that I'm sure you could figure out but being you are so nervous you can't think straight, which tells me you are probably about 20 or 21 and to young to use aas.

No im actuly 25 years old, and have been reading and wanting to do this for about 5 years now but waited till i felt like i was ready... Yes it is gonna be my fist cycle and the math i pritty much had down but never realy done anything like this thats why i said, I hope im wrong "hoping that it would just be something els when it came to steroids , I dont know i was just hoping".. Iv had my plan to start this soon, but just got the test e and noticed that it said 200ml on it, so to make sure, i ask my boy and he told me i wouldnt have enoff to do 500 a week for 10 weeks.. every1 has been telling me to do 600, but i was just planing to only do 500... Iv even had deca on hand for some time now but chose not to do for my first cycle..

Age: 25
Height: 5'11
Weight: 185
BF%: 10% but was planning to dropp to 8% bfor starting
Cycle Exp: bulk, gain as much size and strangth as i can
Training Exp: 4 years
diet: on point

Well now u know you don't have enough, 400mg pw for a first cycle is fine in fact it's commonly recommended on tins site
Hold onto the 19 nor for a later cycle as if sides come on you won't know which compound is the cause. First cycle keep it simple, make sure you pct is in hand before starting and have diet and training on lock down as it will dictate gains more than then the test you are running at whatever dose.

I dont know, r u sure i should just do 400? I read that anything under 500 is just a waist of time and money... I also wasnt planing on getting the nolva or clomid untill a few weeks into it, reason being is that i already got arimidex on hand.. I dont have to wait or look for the pct Ill have it when i need it

well ur not insulting me bcuz when it come to my writting skills its terrible, i grew up with dyslexia so reading and writting was never my thing... Now with the math im actully realy good at it. I knew what it dosed at, i was just mad bcuz i thought i was getting enoff for 600 a week and i was hopping and i mean hopping i was wrong, bcuz i asked for 600 a week for t10 weeks and i got only enoff for 400

brother i am really confused.......over a year ago you were cycling on test and were going to use deca also......so you back then decided to do the test e only cycle and everything was laid out by VETS.....Marcus and T-Mos.....everything!! So why do you have questions now a year later over such simple things?
