should i use arimidex

Its gonna be my frist cycle, test e only at 400 to 500 a week for 10 weeks, i was wondering if i should u arimidex?

I would not use it your first cycle so you can judge how your body reacts

I always run adex but that's cuz I know test gives me some unwanted sides.

ok so just start the test and see how i go off of it, and if anything just start taking it?.. ok well i was gonna do nolva and clomid for pct, should i just forget the arimidex and do nolva if any side?.. or is arimidex better? the reason i ask is bcuz i do have puffy nipples from puberty but nothing serious

Running low dose nolva on cycle used to be a lot more common but people simply don't do it anymore. I've done it before and found it to be effective(10mg/day). I like arimidex more because it combats estrogen fine and also helps control water retention a lot more than tamoxifen (for me at least). I hate looking soft and bloated on cycle.

IMO it never hurts to have arimidex on hand. I always have all three of the compounds you mentioned on hand: Arimidex(on cycle) and Tamo+clomid (always use on pct)

Seeing that its your first cycle I would just have it to hand, if you start to see estrogen related sides you can start taking some but for now i would wait to see what happens, it may well not be needed especially if your only going to be running 400mgs of Test.

Well i do want to do 600mgs but i only got enoff for 400, i was gonna buy another bottle so dat i have enof for 600 but ppl keep telling me to just do 400.. Should i just get the bottle, or what?

You're definitely gonna want to have some arimidex on hand if you are going to be shooting 500+mgs of test a week. Estrogen related side effects are much more likely around these concentrations and above.

Sorry to "hijack", just a simple question regarding this, since i can't by any means get any AI for 400 E first cycle. Would i at least be relatively safe from gyno if i do Nolva 10 mg ED through cycle? Would it affect gains in any way, and should HCG schedule on cycle, and PCT after be changed in any way becoz of Nolva on cycle?

400 mg test-e / week ya?

I think you would be fine with 10mg nolva / day. Will it affect gains? Arguably but so will all of the aromatase inhibitors. Too much estrogen control via AI's or SERMS can affect gains but if you are having sides.... esecially gyno.... you need to take care of them.

You're running HCG the entire time ya? If so that's fine and nolva wont make it less effective.

I don't know your situation at all but you should try to get an AI for future cycles. SERMs are use almost exclusively for PCT now and there is probably a good reason for that.

Yeah, 400 a week, Hcg entire time. My situation is unique, i simple can not get an AI for this first cycle. That's why i'm hoping there is a 'back door' for safety, mostly regarding gyno. I'm actually not that concerned with Nolva affecting gains, just need some assurance that Nolvadex only can prevent, or fight of gyno on cycle should it occur.

I am confused you keep saying you can not get an AI for this cycle? Do you live in the US? the site sponsor (click the ar-r banner) sells research chemicals of all kinds AI's Serms, Sarms etc. they usually arrive in about 4 days (east coast at least) and are very good grade liquid orals.

No, i leave in former Yugoslavia. Noone sends online here; the stuff that is already here, is priced astronomically. For example, bag of whey, any whey, 10 lbs is at least... Like i said, i'm looking for a 'safe' way without AIs. Yet i'm reasonable, if it's not possible/advisable to be without them-even for just in case, i wont use gear. That's why i really appreciate all this conversations and advices from everyone.

I know i asked but i guess ill ask again, should i just get another bottle, to go up to 500 or 600cc a week?.. I was planning on doing 500 a week, but cam up short on what i wanted, I thought i was getting 2 bottles of 250 mg but i only ended getting 2 bottles of 200 mg... I could always just buy another bottle of 100 or 200 mg... Should I, or should i just stick to 400cc a week for 10 weeks for 1st cycle?

since the cyp will take some time to see results why not run some dbol as well to kick off?
