    help with cycle and pct please

    I know ive asked this question before and the answer was do it naturaly but im 37 yrs old and man enough to be responsable for my own actions.
    stats
    37age
    height 6'
    weight 187
    diet high protien low fat
    training 3 days a week moderate
    i have 9 100mg 10 ml vials of primo
    3 200mg 10ml vials of test cyp
    100 .25mg arimidix tabs
    100 nolvadex tabs
    2 5000 bottles of hcg
    my question is how to put alll this together in a perfect cycle and post cycle.
    someone please help i have all the stuff ready to start soon

    what are you goals with this cycle? what you're bodyfat% and have you ran past cycles? if so what were they? and what was your PCT's?

    since this is my first cycle i wanted to run
    primo 400mg ew
    test 300ew
    need to know how to fit the arimidex ,nolva and hcg in the picture as far as pct and during the cycle . scared of gyno thats why doses are so low . i want to build and keep around 12 to 15lbs with the right diet.

    What are your goals with this cycle, at 6 feet 187lbs your light so I would assume bulk is your goal.
    And I've read primo works best as a cutting steroid and deffinately not for bulk.
    Maybe more research is needed before you run your cycle.

    You really should just run test if it's your first cycle. That way you'll know how your body reacts to it.

    The reason for the primo is low sides and retainable gains .
    Only looking for around 12 to 15lb of quality muscle.
    I have researched and this seems like the right thing for me just need to know how to put it together.
    400mg primo ew
    300 test ew
    for a 12 wk cycle
    need to know how to fit in the arimidex ,nolva and hcg .during the cycle and pct.

    someone told you to just run test you obviously didn't listen to them. But its your body so here's the skinny. You might not even need the Adex keep it on hand in case you start to have any sides. The reason you're not getting responses is because we don't spoonfeed people here. If you wanna know how to run the HCG take a look at some threads in the PCT section. With the search button and a few minutes i could answer all these questions so can you. You may wanna re examine your diet considering i'm your height and my lean body mass was as much as your total weight before i ever had the need to cycle. That being said have you considered bloodwork? Possibly find out if you're not growing because of low Test levels. There are only 3 things that will keep you from putting on lean mass, bad diet bad training or health related issues, such as low t or hyperthyroidism.
