thanks for all the replies.i learn something new everyday on this site and i research it before considiring it a fact . no room for error in this situation.this is serious to me im 37 and just now getting the nerve to make the step to take it to the next level.genetics are definetely on my side dad is a bodybuilder for life 57 and still a monster,pics of grandpa back in in the 40s great build all my uncles more muscular than anything.im pretty decent size as is but this is one of those things that i cant shake , so ive made up my mind.still think i need to work on diet a little better before making move though. 5'9/190 bf 16%...been doing lots of cardio 3 miles a day 6 days a week. fomer marine i love to x train.. just letting you know a little about me ... im also married with 4 children ...and do construction....fun fun.
Right on brotha! 3 miles a day at 6 days a week? Cardio's obviously in check, just need to work a bit on that diet if you're sitting around 16%. Pleasure to have ya!
