Newb looking for answers
I am 23 5'11 140lbs -145lbs I run a lot that my 5k time is 19:35 and my mile time is 5:45. I have been reading up on some of the steroids a lot lately and saw that winn50 looked like it would be best for some one who is my ideal body-style and life style it is used among sprinters sometimes as well. I have used regular pharmaceutical stuff like every young person has in the past that you would find just about everywhere like GNC and not really gotten anything out of it.
I am looking for advise, tips for me to use in my choice between so many products that are out there thank you - Newb

pharmaceutical ??? do you mean OTC? you need a couple more before you hit the real deal IMO

That's a kick ass 5k time, man.
Yah you're on the young side to start using AAS, but besides that, what are you goals? To gain weight?
If that's the case, you don't need steroids to do that.
You need to chill on the running, and start eating more.
What's your weight training consist of? your diet?

^agree on all points. That 5k time makes me think i need to run more last 5k i ran was 24:30 lol

I had a similar 5k time (but the mile was 5:17) at 168lbs 6'0" when i was about 23 also - Wasn't a runner but I kept fit.
I'm now over 200lbs with the same amount of body fat I had back then but i'd struggle to run to the end of the road
If you want to keep running i'd be careful about gaining weight, unless you do the right training and diet aas won't help anyway and if you do want to get bigger, you have a long way to go naturallyLast edited by DerrikT; 10-23-2010 at 05:35 PM. Reason: time addition

Like I said I am a newb. My diet is what ever I can get my hands on too. even if its sweets fatty foods healthy foods. At collage i am known as the guy that will never go hungry because I find food someway another at some collage event or every time someone sees me I am eating something. Lets just say at olive garden the never ending pasta bowl ended 5 bowls 2 hours later and the waiter was not happy.
I am looking to get away from the runners look skinny guy you can see all his ribs and back bones. I do not run track or any sports for the collage since they do not have a team. I have tired to get away and run less but I cant its not in my blood its like smoking. I need one of those 10 step patches to stop me. I am in shape enough that I can do 40 sit ups in under a min I can sit and reach behind 17.5” and can bench 99% of my weight with that of course my 1 ½ mile time is under 11mins. But unfortunately I can not bench 106% of my weight. These are the physical ability assessment standards for the my state police force I took it with a friend from work so he could pass the mile time only.
I am trying to give you as much information as possible to show my life style and what I sould be doing in order to get the results that I am looking forward and trying to get.

Collage? you mean college right? So you need to put another 6% on your benchpress, ok for a beginner that should be very simple. You need to slow up on the running. You need to eat a high protien diet. Around 200grams a day split into 6-8 meals. Whats you're current chest routine? Do you have one? If you don't keep it simple you're new to lifting so you're body should react well to a simple routine of Incline barbell press 3 sets of 10 flat barbell bench 3 sets of 10 and pullovers 3 sets of 10. Locking out a higher bench press also takes a lot of triceps. So after you preexhaust your tri's with all the presses and pullovers a couple sets of tricept excersises would probably work good for you.

No, I just did the test because a friend of mine needed help passing the test and I feel that it was very easy. So I took it with her to help her pass those are just what I can do . Thank you scotty for your help. So reading from other forum post I take it Winn 50 is junk?

winny is not junk, it makes you look harder/leaner/stronger.. but will not add much mass.. You should be able to bench your own weight naturally by just getting a good workout program.. i benched 200% my weight naturally.. steroids are not going to do anything for you if you do that much cardio.. your body just burns too much calories
