TRT is for people who's bodies aren't producing sufficient levels of testosterone. This is remedied by introducing testosterone into the body through products like Testim or Androgel, or by doing weekly testosterone injections (generally test E or test C) in the range of 100-250mg/week. Once you start going above that, you're not longer just replacing testosterone, you're going well beyond what the body could attain naturally and into the realm of cycle levels. 600mg/week is about 3x the level of TRT.
If you look at what you're doing, you have to be able to realize you left the realm of TRT a long time ago. You say you started at 200mg E3W (=67mg/week), and now you're at 600mg/week. That's nearly 10x your starting dosage. Add to that you're running oral steroids as well. I don't know what doctor in their right mind would prescribe 600mg/week + orals. That's a good way to lose their license and get tagged by the DEA.
