Possible to inject past the quad?

So I received some grapeseed oil to deal with prop soreness. Used a 1.5" 23g needle into my right quad yesterday. I probably went too low on the quad as I was barely 6 inches north of my kneecap. Inserted about 1.25" of the needle and sent the prop/gso in. Within an hour, the knee area begins to stiffen up. Then last night I couldn't put any weight on it. It still hurts like a sonhuvvabitch today but at least I can walk on it now.

QUESTION: since I went into a skinnier part of the muscle, did I perhaps inject too deep and lose the effectiveness of my test prop?? Usually prop pain takes hours to onset. Did a shot of prop with grapeseed oil this morning in my other quad and very little soreness present. Probably just went too low and deep on the right quad yesterday. There was no pain during injection so I don't think I hit a nerve. Mainly worried about my props effectiveness. thoughts? Thanks.

I think you'll be fine I personally use 1" on quads and only sink it 4/5ths of the way. Not sure why you would want to go so deep but you'll be fine.

unless you missed the muscle entirely the effectiveness will be the same
I use 23 by 1" as well maybe next time do it a little higher into the larger part of the muscle

I've given up injecting quads. Too unpredictable. Sometimes no dramas, sometimes flares up and I dont subscribe to the virgin muscle theory either.

I've started delts, pecs and traps and my experience is that they are far less painful. I use a 25g 1" pin for these regions. You can get minor stiffness but nothing like quads and some painkillers/ ibuprofen soon sort it out.

Bad quad injections interfere too much with my walking around, cardio and leg workouts.

Some peeps are lucky and never get trouble with quads though

Yeah I`m one of the lucky ones only problems I have had were with Winny and some really crappy TNT450 that was shit. Normally I can`t even feel where I injected minuted after injecting.

Injected too low imo....1" in the quads is good enough. Put your hand on your hip, fingers pointing towards your knee. Your best injection point will be where your fingertips are at that point. At least that's i do and i have very minimal problems. Seems to be the sweet spot.
