should i run an AI on my first cycle ???

for a first cycle (d-bol/test-e) is it reccomended to us an AI like arimidex to help prevent some sides ??
i dont know if im gyno prone but i would rather not worry to much about getting it.
also is their any downsides to using armidex ?

Of course I would run something like that. Its always better to be on the safe side. .5mg eod should work fine.

actually i disagree. I would say have it on hand, but run the cycle and see i how it goes. By the logic of bjpenn, who i am not flaming at all, you would need to run adex for all cycles in the future. Me personally, i have found through carefull trial and error what aas and what dose is the threshold where i need to think about using an ai. I say why take more drugs than you need?
learn what signs to look for, learn how to spot and stop gyno before it gets out of hand. some guys get it at the dose you have, some wont.

^^^^agree. I am getting ready to start my first cycle soon and i just don't like the idea of taking more drugs then you have to. With that said, i do have some Armidex on hand but will not take unless sides arise.

the problem with that is the drugs need time to build up in the bloodstream. by the time you think you need it because your nipple is soar, you already have mild gyno. So you make the choice.

I kept it on hand incase for my cycle. started to get itchy nips and jumped on arimidex, all good now.

If i would've known better, I would've ran an AI in every cycle I've done... I had existing gyno from the time i was a kid and exacerbated it a bit with my first few cycles. Its not terrible but I'm definitely self-conscious about it. Better safe than sorry imo as far as that goes.

Im taking Aromaisn with my cycle, but i am worried about it killing my libido. Is 10mg EOD low enough to help fight estrogen but not kill my dick giving ability?

BTW debating on this but probably 500mg test e a week plus 200iu HCG twice a week

I think its good to have an ai on hand lie exemestane, just see how your body reacts to the first compounds before using anything else.
