My left testicle hurts like it's being squeezed all day long.

Long story short, can't have sex with my girl atm cause we live fair apart and can't see each other at the moment. I whack off 2-3 times a day. I woke up with this pain today and i'd rather not go to the doctor and tell him my balls hurt cause he's probably going to bring up steroids.

Seriously tho.. could be a hyrdocele (sp?) which is just a cyst.. still any pain down there go get it checked. Simple ultrasound will save you alot of time/worrying

Id go with my original suggestion of a cyst.. or perhaps atrophy coupled with your body trying to produce enoguh semen for you to nut 2-3 times a day LOL..

Quit beating it for a week... and see how you feel.

could be hernia and need surgery had a pain in my right nut, was a hernia, you get them from lifting heavy so its probably pretty easy to get one cycling
