Hey ok so I'm a couple of weeks into a prop and var cycle and amongst the other usual traits iv seem to have gained a point or two on the a-hole meter, so how can u channel this for the good ? Save it for in the gym I hear you say, count to ten? By the time iv thought about counting to ten iv already lost it and totally given someone a right royal dressing down. Any ideas ? Got quite a bit going on in personnel life too, could this added stress not help? Also swapping work shift patterns like mad, on nights now for a month, at least I can get into some fixed routine, with hopefully more sleep, any thoughts welcome. Don't want to stop my cycle either.
