Thinkinf about taking steriods for the first time

I don't really know much about riods except for some of the side effects. As of now I am 19 years old and only weigh 140. I have been working out for some time now and haven't really seen any results.

I have considered taking riods but I don't know which ones to take. I've heard that if you don't take the right ones you can get bitch tits and things like that.

    Can someone help me out?

Edit: I am looking for big gains in a short amount of time. I also heard that after you stop taking roids your muscle mass gradually goes down even though your working out. Can someone clear this up for me?

Read the sticky at the top of the forum entitled "things to consider before using before using AAS" You are risking your health for the rest of your life if you take steroids at your age. How tall are you and what you're diet/training look like?

At your age steroids isn't the answer. Good diet and training will get you the results you want. It just takes time

Hey bro. When your that young (I'm 18), your test is already pretty high. Wait it out a few more years. I have a super high metabolism, so its hard for me to gain wait. I eat around 4500-5000 calories a day. You said your eating 2500 cal. a day? thats not enough bro. If you want to gain more weight and muscle, you have to eat 3500 cal. and up. Don't take roids yet man. Go natural and get your diet in check. Keep it real.

At 140 you have expansive room to gain before ever using drugs.
Look in the diet section for a suggested diet plan. Buy a subscription to a muscle mag or learn how to lift and split routines and diet from the info on the forum.
At the gym I go to, I would say 90% of people do 90% of what they do wrong. Learn how to do stuff right and age some before drugs. PERIOD.
If you need help, HOLLA. Anything but drugs for you
    Good luck mate

You are too young to be putting this stuff in your body. I'm sure others have already told you this, but when I read you were 19 I just went to the bottom to give my two cents.

When i was 18 I was 145lbs, a lanky mofo, now im 21 and 195 @ 10% BF, Ive been working out sence I was 13, I've made it my life to study the ins and outs of bodybuilding, I take in between 4700 and 6000 cals a day, diet is flawless, so is my workout rutine.

I just now started my first cycle of AAS

40lbs in a little over 3 years is immense doing it naturally. And thats what you have to look forward to if you get all your ducks in a row.
