I am completely new to steroids, and I have a few questions and some info about myself.
I am:
A well managed type 1 diabetic
152lbs
5'9
I workout 3 times per week
I have been working out for about 18 months now
I eat on average, a 4200cal balanced diet
I am looking to gain mass, size and strength. I find it nearly impossible to gain a pound no matter how much I eat, why is this?
If I were to try steroids, I'd like to use something light - something that will give me just a bit of an edge on gaining weight and size.
I would like to gain approx. 25lbs of muscle mass in the next six months.
What would you recommend?
