    clen/keto

    so i am on day 8 of using clen my question is if i order keto and start taking it can i run the clen for 6 weeks or did i need too startt the keto from the start of clen cycle so now i have 2 take 2 weeks off before i start again

    Start the keto at the end of your 2nd week of clen and you will be fine. Take 1mg/day at night...it makes you drowsy.

    While taking keto do you stop taking clen during that same week?

    no u do not stop taking the clen so u can run the clen for 6 weeks

    In perfectbeast2001 clen write up he stated that he took 2g of taurine preworkout and 2g post workout...fyi

    i take it through out the day 1 gram in morning etc. threw the day and i have no problems at all
