    Anavar + P90X help

This will be my first time using any steroid of any type and I'm hoping to get some input. I'm 5'9" 200lbs and overweight. I did p90x for a month religiously and saw a lot of muscle gain but zero body fat loss. I'm planning on running 30mg/d for 8 weeks and restarting the p90x program. I'm not looking to get ripped or put on mass, just to loose some weight. Is this the right avenue? I've done a 1600 calorie diet and a low carb diet and both plateau at 190 lbs, leaving me with a lot of stomach/chest fat. Any input is much appreciated. Thanks.

pretty sure p90x is a 90 day program and a month is not that much time spent trying to shed body fat. go to the diet forum and read the stickies there and post your diet up for the vets/pros to critique. ive heard a lot of great things about the p90x program so i would keep it up and dont give up. also keep in mind your body will not start burning fat until youve been doing cardio for about 20 minutes so it is best to try and get 45 min to and hour of cardio every day except for rest days. i would not consider any steroids until you have gotten under 15% body fat, worked out consistantly for several years, learned to eat properly, have a good base, are 25 years of age or older, and read and understand everything about proper AAS cycling and pct. steroids are not magical drugs that shed body fat or gain mass. if you still want more help shedding body fat you can always try albuterol, clenbuterol, or ehpedra/caffeine stack. that being said, these guys are gonna want stats that include height, weight, body fat, age, years training, and cycle experience.

If that's all you're after, you just need to diet and do cardio/train.

Post up your diet in the diet forum, man.

Were you following the diet regimen that comes with the P90x DVD? You wouldn't get dramatic fat loss results from that program if you did it only for 1 month. Their diet plan is also not all that great when it comes to fat loss. There are quite a few things that P90x allows that many people on these forums would never put in their mouths. Still, something had to be wrong with the details of this diet if you went through a month of P90x routines and saw no fat loss AT ALL. If I were you I would forget the gear and head over to the diet forums to do some research. There's some good stuff posted there. You might also consider adding some more serious weight training to the p90x cardio stuff. This is what I've been doing (though not with the p90x program), and so far my results are looking very good.
