Arrow too much cardio for bulking ?

to all bodybuilders, weight lifters etc do you all like to do alot of cardio ?
recently been trying to add some nice size but trying to keep it lean as poss so not on the gainers etc.
lifting 4-5 times a week hard intence, and started doing about 30mins or so on the cross trainer. that is not to much a day isit ? i am always walking during the day to and active but feel i need to really get my blood flowing so started hitting the cv machines.
basically what i want to know if that 30 mins a day on cross trainer will effect adding muscle ? just help keep the fat off yea ?
    cheers

depends on a lot of factors (AAS use, Kcal intake, genetics, etc).

I would say no it won't hinder gains.

Try 30min ED like you have it, and see how it works for you.

no it won't affect muscle.. as long as you are in taking enough protein.. you need to go into the 1hour plus mark to start damaging muscle
