Injection Sites: why one and not the other?

Ok I've tried injecting into my glute but its really uncomfortable to do alone, so I've been injecting in my quad with a 23ga by 1" needle. This is my first cycle so i do have virgin muscle but besides feeling like I have a Charlie Horse in my quad the next day I don't see why I would even make the attempt to inject into the glute. The quad is so much easier. Is there a reason why more people do not inject into the quad?
    Am I missing something here?

well you could use a smaller needle, i use a 25 gs 1 inch for quads. Guys rotate inject site so as to not have buildup of scar tissue and other things that could lead to an infection or abcess. Another reason to rotate injection sites it to slow the release of the compound injected, ie deltout injections tale longer to be used by the body that say, the glute, which is supposed to absord the fastest.

lots of guys hit glutes, quads, lats, delts

If you have good gear, the charlie horses should go away as your cycle continues.

Yea as stated, they will get better and eventually go away (depending on gear) I use glutes, thighs, biceps, delts, chest. Sometimes I use a 25x1 and sometimes I use a 23x1. Just depends on the bodypart im injecting.
