My experience with a natural alternative
Mods feel free to move this if necessary, thought I would post here since it would get more views from ppl it would benefit..
Just wanted to share this supplement stack I have been using for the last few weeks and i have felt outstanding results. I feel like I am actually on a low dose test cycle. Pretty amazing to be honest. I have done 3 cycles one as recently as this past summer (prop/var) and never thought I would have much success with anything herbal or whatever.
5’10” 210 lbs pretty lean (can see a 6 pack) 24 years old
For starters, my number one supplement is food. I eat every 1.5 hours, eat well balanced meals..well here is an example of my diet
7 am - protein shake (46gr pro) with oats and 1/2 banana and peanut butter
8 am - cup of oatmeal, 1/2 banana, scoop of protein
10 am - chicken breast, half avocado, serving of brown rice
11 15 am - pre workout
12 pm - 12 45 - training
PWO - MHP dark matter (simple carbs, aminos, protein)
2 pm - 2 scoops wheybolic [GNC - got it really cheap ; ) ]
4 pm - chicken breast, half avocado, serving of brown rice
6 30 - 4 eggs, 3 slices ezekial toast, 2 slices of bacon
9 30 - can of tuna, 2 slices ezekial, cup of greek yogurt
11 - bed
I have been following basically this diet for about 12 weeks. It really makes a difference.
I drink at least a gallon of water a day. In addition to this, I take the following spread throughout the day with meals: Universal Natural Sterol Complex, Universal GH Max (started these 3 weeks ago), 3 Fish oil caps, 1000iu vit E, Red yeast Rice, Milk thistle, Cranberry
Hope this might help someone looking for a natural alternative. One thing I want to drive home (and everyone else on this board emphasizes) is the importance of diet, and sticking to it!!! Eating good for a few days then eating shit/nothing is not gonna get you anywhere!

??????
Eating well and using a couple of obsolete Universal products does not constitute a natural alternative to AAS...
We all know that diet is important, but I don't really get this thread.
