nolva+adex thru cycle?

stats: 6'2'', 193lbs, first cycle- 400mgs (over 2 shots a week) test cyp. started oct 23.

im 1 week into cycle, i was going to go adex .5ED but then reading about added hair loss and LDL level increase i thought if i could sub in nolva it be healthier. so two days of no adex and 20mg nolva a day, i get a puffy left nip, ( i kmnew i was gyno prone cuz i had very small tissue build up left from puberty behind the left nip) so panacking i start back on the .5adex ED and 40mg nolva ED.

my question; can anyone see any negative complications running 40nolva and .5adex ED for my 12 week cycle???

if bloat isn't a issue the no need for the a-dex at this point, nolva will help with the gyno on its own...jm2c

If you crush your estrogen you wont get good gains, there is a fine line.

i can almost guarantee that 20mg of (human grade) nolva a day, will keep all ur gyno away!

I tried 20mg ed of nolva the result was puffy nips and they kinda go up an down on an hourly basis it seems. As now I'm checking all the time. Anywys unless my nolva is fake (trinity labs) Its puffy now on .5 adex and 40 nova ed. There has always bEen a small limp under my left from puprety I got a bit of gyno. Anywys I'm scared and ready to pull the plug here what you think?

it fluctuates through the day? weird.. but kill the adex and if you really feel safer on 40mg of nolva then fine, but 20 should do it. its also strange to start seeing signs after only week on cycle. maybe its not even gyno.. feel it for hardness and ball bearing sized lumps.

Would it be better for him to run the nolva or prami throughout the cycle as a constant? Is there any truth that it's better to let it build up in your system if you are gyno prone and just run something to control the estrogen or prolactin throughout the cycle? Once you start seeing gyno symptoms, the ball is already rolling in the wrong direction.....thoughts?

since my gyno surgery i always run adex or nolva through cycle.. prevention is easier than treatment. nolva doesnt hinder gains as much as adex so its good for during cycle.

ya i had a theory about whats happening, jsut a thought; i took adex a week out to try and maintiain low estrogen goingin, ( dontknow if i needed to but i did). when i stopped the adex on day 4 i got puffy nips (both not just left) noticed eveining of day 5. Right away i panicked and took the .5adex and 40nolva ED. went another couple days then noticed the puffieness is not severe but its there when you compare the two. and it goes up and down? weirdest thing ever! anyways i thought maybe my body was sensing the low aromatase enzyme levels and then when i stopped the adex the body started cranking out the aromatase enzyme, hence more estrogen, and being sensitive my nip responded? either way this is day 2 off the adex and im doing 40 nolva a day, 20morning, 20 night (to be safe) and its like it always was before i started, but it still puffs up and goes down... its so weird ive never read anything about that.

but on another note im worried about the limp dick sides afterward, reading that post there today its a scary thing.. i want to be jacked but if you can use it screw it right? anyone know suffer long term limp dick after a test cycle??? or is it just pct? if its just pct ill just cialis or viagra my way through it, long term though... scary
