    My Cycles, Diet, and Workout for next eight months!

    First off:
    Stats.
    Age:25
    Weight:185
    BF:9-11%
    Height:5'11''
    Cycle History:One 12 Sust with Nolva PCT

    Introduction:
    Greetings, I will be posting my fitness plan for the next eight or so months, and could use any feedback anyone is willing to give. it will include my diet, the cycles I plan to run, and my workout routine.

    Goal: by the beginning of next summer, to be near 200 and SHREDDED, Through 50% diet and cardio, 40% aas, and 10% clen .

    Diet:
    I don't have a clear cut diet plan, but there are several criteria I make sure I meet everyday. they are:
    - No food with more than 15% calories from fat
    - 6 meals, at least 15G protein with each, ideally 30G - 40G
    - no less than 150G of protein per day, often more depending on workout
    - always have 40G protein/fruit shake every morning, along with 30 - 50G PWO
    - Multivitamin daily, fish oils before sleep
    - Cheat meal once a week, usually Sunday
    This diet is designed for me to sustain/increase muscle mass while loosing fat.

    Workout:
    Gym 6 days a week, sometimes 7. 40 Minutes of cardio everyday PWO, at HR 80%.
    - Chest
    - Legs
    - Core
    - Tris
    - Shoulders
    - Back/Bis
    After Cardio down PWO shake, then sauna 20 minutes, drink 24 Oz water while in there.

    AND NOW FOR THE CYCLES!
    I will be running two cycles, one starting dec 12, another starting sometime in the month of May.

    THE FIRST:
    Test E 600MG 8 weeks
    Dianabol 60MG ED week 1-4
    PCT: Nolva 50 MG first 7 days 20 MG next 14
    Cycle Start date: Dec 12 end date: Feb 6 (8 weeks)
    PCT Feb 20 - Mar 13 (3 weeks)

    During this down time I will try my best to keep my gains, as well as burn more fat for summer. I will get blood work done roughly 4 weeks after PCT and see where i'm at, then just keep the same diet and workout until my next Cycle.


    SECOND:
    Test E 600MG 10 weeks
    Winstrol 50 MG ED week 6 - 10
    Tren 100MCG ED 10 weeks
    Clen Weeks 8 - 10, then wait two weeks, start PCT and another two week clen Cycle.
    PCT:
    Nolva 50MG first 7 20MG next 14
    Clomi 70MG first 7 days 20MG next 14
    Start/End Dates: (Roughly) April 24 - July 3 (10 weeks)
    PCT: July 17 - Aug 7

    Rather than opinions, I mostly have (hopefully) illuminating questions:

    What does BF:9-11% mean? That's a wide range, have you actually measured it?
    What were the results of your first cycle (duration & dosages; goals, gains & kept)?
    Diet and workout regimens belong in their respective forums.
    Diet, cardio and supps don't comprise a ratio, i.e. 50:40:10 is illogical.
    With Test E as your primary gear, why are you only running it for 8 & 10 wks?
    Why is Clen being run for only 3 wks in a cutting stack?
    PCT should be at least a month; why are you using both Clomid and Nolva in PCT?

    massive fail!!! only at least 15g protein per meal?! wouldnt put muscle on a mouse. alot of over training on the horizon also

    - Cheat meal once a week, usually Sunday
    This diet is designed for me to sustain/increase muscle mass while loosing fat.

    Workout:
    Gym 6 days a week, sometimes 7. 40 Minutes of cardio everyday PWO, at HR 80%.
    - Chest
    - Legs
    - Core
    - Triscould quiet easily combine tris on chest day shoulder day or core day , what sets reps moves are you doing
    - Shoulders
    - Back/Bis
    After Cardio down PWO shake, then sauna 20 minutes, drink 24 Oz water while in there.

    AND NOW FOR THE CYCLES!

    Dianabol 60MG ED week 1-4 way to much start at 30 abd go from there as mentioned if you are running an oral take a liver supplement also liv 52 - milk thisle etc
    PCT: Nolva 50 MG first 7 days 20 MG next 14thats only 3 weeks id do 20/20/20/10/10 and could do clomid 150/100/50/50
    Cycle Start date: Dec 12 end date: Feb 6 (8 weeks)
    PCT Feb 20 - Mar 13 (3 weeks)

    Dianabol is too high, knock it down to 30 mg.
    If you frontload the Test E 8 weeks will be fine, others will disagree.

    Winstrol is oral or injectable?

    Don't think you need Tren just yet. Substitute Deca /NPP instead. Plenty of time to work your way up to Tren.

    If you had great success/gains with only Sust then you could just stick with Test E for second cycle at 500 mg/wk.

    What is your reasoning with the Clen like that? What are your goals?
