Switching Anti-E's mid cycle
I'm in week 6 of a 12 week cycle and gyno's kicking in.
I've been running Adex at .25 ED throughout and i only have enough to finish the cycle at that dose. Obviously I need to up the dose to .5mg ED but I'll run out with 3 or 4 weeks left on cycle. So here's the question..
I have letro and nolva on hand, which one would be best to switch to at this point and how would I make the transition?
I'm..
24 y/o
190 lbs
6'0"
3rd cycle
Test E @ 500mg per week
Tren E @ 400mg per week
Adex @.25mg ED

You could do either. Bump up the ARIMIDEX dosage or switch to LETRO.

nolva right from the start from now on dont you think that would be the way to go for future cycles. now you need to nolva 40 mg for 2 days 20 mgs a day through out cycle

No nolva is not to be used throught the whole cycle! it will hinder gains noticably. what he was doing with the adex is fine. altho you should make sure you have enough before starting the cycle

I'm using letro for my cycle, was taking it every 4 days or so as a precaution then got nipple soreness, took it daily for about 5 days and no more problem. I'm going to dose daily for a few more days then ease back. This is just my personal experience, I'm not well versed in the use of AI's so can't really advise you what to do.

I would go with nolva.
It doesn't reduce gains while used on cycle for prevent gyno.
It does lower IGF levels, but not significantly, and you'll still gain.
I'd much rather use something milder that will work just as well (nolva), than go with Letro, something quite harsh that will tank your E levels big time.
What?!
Have you used Nolva throughout a cycle?
Because I have, several times.
It always takes care of my gyno, and has NEVER hindered gains.

The concerning symptoms are inflation of the nipples with a hard lump behind and tenderness. I've been taking the adex from the start thinking it would prevent gyno altogether, it didnt even occur to me that .25mgs ED might not be enough. So it sounds like nolva is the way to go- I have PLENTY. Maybe stay on the adex at .5mg ED until I run out then finish up with nolva?
