Upcoming Bulk cycle
My current planned cycle is as follows:
Week 1 - 10: 750mg Test (hexivir 300)
Week 1 - 10: 400mg Deca (ugl)
Week 1 - 4/6: 35mg Dbol ED
Week 13 - 16: Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Will have Arimidex ready to go during cycle in case.
Roughly be consuming 3500 - 4000 calories with macro's as 40/40/20.
Look good?
Should I stop Dbol at week 4 or run it to week 6? Never taken it before.

Also, I would increase calories to be honest.. You'll have way more intensity, which will tear down 3.5k-4k cals.

86kg (190 pounds)
23 years old
Will be doing a 5 day split, chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms.

my diet roughly looks like this :
Meal #1: 48g WPC Shake, 1 cup (100g) of Rolled Oats.
Meal #2: 185g canned tuna, 4 slices wholemeal bread, 1 apple.
Meal #3: (pre-workout) 1 Cup of rolled oats, 95g canned tuna
Meal #4: 48g WPI Shake with around 75g - 90g of Dextrose
Meal #5: 8 eggs with 2 slices wholemeal bread
Meal #6: 48g WPC/WPI shake with handful peanuts

Work on the diet
Why not meal 5 for meal 2, what are the times of these meals in relation to your workout

-get some steak in there for one of the meals, don't use just a shake as a meal, i don't count PWO shakes as a meal
-try some oatmeal in bigger servings, like 2 cups. you can mix protein powder in there to help meet your macros
-get some carb sources other than bread in there: oats, brown rice, quinoa, potato, yam.
-more veggetables
constant saturation of leucine hinder muscle protein synthesis (mps)- so space them out 4 hours. the "eating every 2-3 hours" rule is a myth, and while you won't lose muscle eating every 2-3 hrs, you'll gain more every 4.

How old were you when you ran that cycle? Was blood work done post cycle? You are too young to be cycling especially with that kind of gear. Your setting yourself up for trt at 25.

First cycle was at 21.
Second was at 22
This will be third at 23.
My diet will always vary i will be consuming around 250 - 300g protein and about 350 - 450g carbs
